It overlies the axial skeleton and midline of the head, linking strongly with the central nervous system, both in proximity and clinical indications. In nonhumans with a tail, we have the addition of GV T, landing at the tail's tip, or GV T\/3, placed approximately 1\/3 the distance from the tail's attachment to its tip. The neuro-myo-vasculature at GV T\/3 is far more \"juicy\" than the tip provides.
